Ernst Fries sculptures, created in stainless steel and often seamlessly incorporating materials such as glass, granite, wood or concrete, reflect his thoughts on the natural and built environment and world events. Ernst's sculptures are clean and contemporary, leaving space for the viewer to contribute their idea to his.
During his career spanning 6 decades Ernst completed may commisions and public sculptures and his work can be found in many national and international collections. Ernst passed away in March 2020 however several indoor and outdoor sculptures are available for purchase.
